The Minister of Treasury advises that the content of Article 1 of the Recitals to the agreement attached to the invitation to public oral auction to purchase shares held by the Treasury in the company Kaliskie Zakłady Przemysłu Terenowego w Kaliszu Sp. z o.o. with registered office in Kalisz, published on 27 August 2010, specifying the number of shares placed for free-of-charge acquisition by Company employees is herby corrected. The said article shall read:

“(...) of which 2,400 (say: two thousand four hundred) Shares with a nominal value of PLN 100.00 (say: one hundred zloty) each constituting up to 15% of the Company’s share capital will be made available free-of-charge to eligible employees of the Company.”
