Core business area of the Company is the production of pneumatic components and systems, as well as the sale of pneumatic components and systems, other machinery and equipment. Also, the Company is involved in the production and sale of standard and non-standard hydraulic cylinders. Also, the Company provides services associated with designing automatic and control systems based on pneumatic components. Also, the business includes services related to retrofitting of pneumatic control systems. Products manufactured by the Company are applied e.g. in power, metallurgical, railway, sugar industries and in the production of machinery and equipment for the food, processing and packaging industries. The Company has a stable market position, in particular among customers requiring specific solutions of the control components and systems using compressed air as a working medium. The Company enjoys a good reputation as a manufacturer of special products of non-standard performance. Prema is one of the leading, best recognised brands in the market. The Company operates mainly on the domestic market. The share of domestic sales in sales revenues is ca. 96%, the remaining portion being exports, intra-EU transactions and power hydraulics. Sale is made through Company’s own sales network including seven Factory Outlets and in-house Sales Department as well as sales representatives. Investment plans of the Company are closely associated with launching new products and continual renewal of manufacturing capacities. This is related to the implementation of new technologies, investments in newest tooling (injection moulds), new machine tools and investments in infrastructure. The Company has investment plans to reduce harmful impacts on the natural environment. Prospects for the market of pneumatic component are dependent on long-term trends on markets covered by Company’s operations. Market development is directly associated with economic development and investments in industry.
