Description of activity

The Company is a leader in the domestic market among IT service providers and comprehensive IT solutions for small and medium size enterprises, operating mainly in the mining and public administration sectors and healthcare centres. The company serves more than 400 customers. 85% of sales revenues come from services for large-size enterprises. Major assumptions of the company’s development strategy, in the case of industrial sector, are: maintaining and strengthening its position in the mining sector, as the major integrator and solution provider for companies, to meet their business needs; providing solutions according to current IT development trends, utilizing the principles of Enterprise Architecture and Service Oriented Architecture model, to deliver flexibility, openness and consistency of customer’s IT systems;  achieving strong market position as a provider of innovative, optimally customized solutions. Main assumptions of the company’s development strategy, in the case of public administration and medical sectors are: finding new customers in large and medium size public administration units and in the medical sector; maintaining the position as one of leading solution providers, supporting management of public administration offices.  IT market in Poland is characterised by strong competition, both in industrial and public sectors. In these market conditions, the primary fokus of the Company is to maintain and strengthen its leading position on its traditional market – hard coal mining sector, where the company has a sound position, and has been maintaining a competitive edge for many years. Increasing pressure on cost cuts and at the same time shorter lifecycle of infrastructure and software as well as increasingly higher specialization in IT disciplines – are major factors that force enterprises including mining corporations to outsource their IT tasks to external service providers. The Company’s response to the market conditions is its Data Processing Centre which is an outsources IT business solutions to other companies.
