Description of activity

The core of the Company's business includes hospitality and restaurant services, as well as management of company-owned real estates. In Olsztyn, the entity runs two-star Hotel Kopernik (offering 62 rooms and two conference rooms), hotel restaurant of the same name, guest house Podgrodzie-Noclegi (offering 52 rooms), guest house Czajka-Noclegi (offering 96 rooms) and recreation centre in Ostrów Pieckowski (located in the forest on Lake Wągiel peninsula, offering 20 camping cabins, 48 rooms in brick pavilions, canteen, pub, beach and parking). Hotele Olsztyn serves mainly Polish customers. They include in particular representatives of the science community, students of the University of Warmia and Mazury, and employees of companies implementing projects in Olsztyn. Commercial and marketing activities are carried out directly by the employees of facilities receptions, executives and sales office. The entity runs web portal with on-line reservation system. The Company's development strategy provides for the development of Hotel Kopernik and raising its standard to the level provided for a three-star hotel. Additionally, the Company plans to introduce an integrated information system in all of its facilities.
