Description of activity

AGROMA KUTNO offers its services in the field of comprehensive supplies for agriculture. Its offer includes agricultural machinery and equipment (including tractors), spare parts for agricultural machinery, as well as animal feed, fertilizers, pesticides, zootechnical articles, workshop tools, lubricants, oils, tires and batteries. The Company also provides warranty and post-warranty services of agricultural machinery and tires.  The Company enjoys an established market position. It is a representative and distributor of products of companies such as: Ursus, Pronar, Landini, Zetor, Centra, New Holland and others. Its clients are primarily national retailers (63%) and wholesalers (25%). Export sales are sporadic - approximately 0.1% of total sales.  The Company has a network of 23 company stores located in major cities of Kujawsko-Pomorskie, Łódzkie, Mazowieckie, Pomorskie, and Świętokrzyskie Provinces. Nineteen stores operate in leased premises, while the other 4 (in Ciechanów, Krosniewice, Miechów and Płock) in the company-owned facilities.  The Company is currently in the process of reorganization which includes, among others, reconstruction of the structure of commercial division (separation of the structures responsible for the purchase and sale, isolation of one, main warehouse, along with a separate logistics department and the creation of one large retail store).  The Company's development strategy provides for extending its offer by new types of machinery and making its spare parts offer more attractive. Additionally, AGROMA KUTNO plans to expand sales network, both in their own stores, as well as its brand outlets. The Company will also develop direct forms of sales through sales representatives.
