Description of activity

The company was established to provide property management services for the land property owned by the State Treasury and held in perpetual usufruct by the Company (a total of 15.3049 hectares of land with clear legal status.) The main activity is based primarily on management, use and rental of owned real property, the distribution of electricity and water supply services including waste water disposal. The seat of "BUDOPOL-DELTA" Sp. zo.o. is located in the municipality of Sitkówka-Nowiny near Kielce, on the Warsaw-Krakow route. Attractive location and small business development in the area facilitate effective operation of the company. Business entities that lease facilities from the company operate mainly in the construction industry. Current strategy of the company is based mainly on systematic modernization of owned objects in order to increase the attractiveness of rented halls and squares, and thus increase revenues from lease and rent agreements.
