Planned privatisation
April 30, 2012, the State Treasury reached agreement for the sale of State Treasury's 425.000 shares of the AGPOL S.A. seated in Warsaw, constituting 41,78% of its share capital. The remaining 7.37% is intended to be available free of charge to the Company’s employees.
