Company Profile
WARMIA S.A. seated in Kętrzyn
Description of activity
WARMIA concentrates its activities on manufacture and sale (both in Poland and abroad) of men’s and ladies’ outerwear. The company is engaged in sewing high quality ladies’ clothing, mainly for reputable German companies (Hugo Boss AG and Grupe Brinkmann), as well as in manufacture and sale of own collection of men’s and ladies’ coats and jackets made of wool, cotton and synthetic fabrics. Products manufactured by the company under its own brand come in three main design lines: “Exclusive” – sophisticated elegance of the highest kind (clothes made of high-quality wool fabrics, refined with natural fibres of cashmere, angora wool, alpaca or mohair, often adorned with natural fur), “Classic Club” – calm, subdued classics with fashionable details (classic coats and jackets made of wool, cotton and synthetic fabrics), “City Look” – casual clothes for everybody. “Warmia” brand collections are created twice a year – for the spring-summer season and the fall-winter season. Lately, the company extended its product range by new ladies’ clothes (lady’s jackets, skirts and trousers) – a comfortable, classic and elegant line of lady’s clothes sold under the company’s own brand “Woman by Warmia”. The company also has a licence to manufacture clothes made of the “Sympatex” climate membrane. Company products are distributed via a network of company stores as well as in cooperation with a network of affiliated retail outlets throughout Poland. “Warmia” brand products are also exported to Lithuania, Latvia and Slovakia. Warmia has more than 50 years of experience in the sewing industry. It has highly qualified staff, as well as advanced technologies and largely modernised machine park which can output approx. 200 thousand pieces of clothing annually. The company’s main strategic goals are to increase its market share in Poland by expanding its product range (i.e. by marketing new collections of ladies’ suits), to diversify the distribution network, to extend the network of own stores in Poland, and to create loyalty programmes. WARMIA also intends to introduce a range of activities aimed at increasing profitability and optimizing the use of existing assets.
