Description of activity

Arenda deals with the supervision and management of properties, which were brought into the Company in the form of contribution. The Company’s properties (with a total area of 6 hectares) are located in three voivodeships: Śląskie, Małopolskie and Dolnośląskie. The main source of the Company’s income are the fees from the property’s tenants. The funds raised from the lease and rent are invested by Arenda, as well as allocated for renovating the buildings. To attract its offer by renovations and upgrades, the Company keeps raising the standard of the premises in the managed properties. In terms of leasing, the company tries to cooperate with the entities that ensure long cooperation. The main assumption in the Company's strategy includes the comprehensive management of the properties taken over in the form of contribution and bringing them in line with the current standards, which are set by newly built commercial and industrial buildings.
