Description of activity

The company conducts business activities in scope of thermal power engineering. It is engaged in the manufacture and distribution of thermal power, operation of thermal and power machines, devices and systems, and carrying out repair, maintenance and investment works in the scope of engineering. The company also performs preparatory works and repair and maintenance works for the mining industry. It also conducts trade and service activities (trade and agency services in the sale of materials, machines, construction devices, mining devices, mechanical devices, electric devices and fuels). Furthermore, the company acts as an agent in the trade of industrial articles and raw materials and provides freight and transport services. The company also provides design and consulting services.
The company conducts business activity based on own and leased manufacturing facilities, including thermal power stations with associated heat distribution networks, as well as own machine park and construction and technological facilities.
The company operates on the local market in scope of heat engineering and regular services for mines and both on the domestic and foreign markets in terms of manufacture of steel structures.
ENMAG-EG cooperates with institutional and individual clients. Consumers of the company’s services include Kompania Węglowa SA Katowice and KW SA Zakład Górniczy „Piekary”. The company renders its services also to housing cooperatives, public utility institutions and entities from Poland and abroad.
Compared to its competitors, the company’s strength lies among other things in its power generation and distribution machines and devices ensuring supply of thermal energy (modernised power boilers, heat distribution networks and billing systems), access to individual technologies and modern equipment as regards construction of steel structures (welding machines, plasma cutter, press brake), repair and maintenance facilities located on the premises of the boiler house “Transmasz”, as well as the fact that the company is one of the strategic suppliers of heat to Kompania Węglowa S.A.
The company intends to develop its activities mainly within the market segment served by “Transmasz” hall, especially as regards expanding product offer and customer portfolio.
