Description of activity

The company’s business activity is provision of services in scope of management of real estate, providing accommodation and food for refugees, as well as organisation and carrying out sanatorium, prevention and treatment services. As part of its business activities, the company provides services in scope of in- and outpatient rehabilitative care, medical rehabilitation, organisation of rehabilitation holidays for disabled people, letting of rooms and management of tourist facilities (inns). The company cooperates mainly with institutions which refer individual customers to sanatoriums and lodging and food facilities (Social Insurance Institution, National Health Fund, Foreigners Office). The company operates mainly on the local market of the Podlaskie Province. In Białystok the company owns two inns and two service buildings. It also owns an inn in Łomża and a sanatorium in Augustów.
The main goals of the company’s strategy of development is attracting commercial customers in Poland and abroad (mainly Lithuania and Belarus) and expansion of sanatorium, lodging, food and treatment facilities. Expansion of lodging and food facilities will allow the company to attract commercial customers. Construction of a new treatment shop will allow to increase the number of places available to clients. In case of cessation of provision of accommodation and food for refugees in inns, the company plans to change the purpose of such objects to hotels.
