Fabryka Form Metalowych FORMET S.A. is one of the biggest tool manufacturers in Poland, with nearly 50 years of experience in the Polish market. The company’s business is the design and manufacture of injection moulds for plastic and rubber, as well as casting dies for light metals. The company’s design studio features the latest CAD/CAM Unigraphics NX6, AutoCAD 2007 Mechanical, Work NC19 and Mastercam X2 software and highly-qualified designer staff. FORMET S.A. stands out among other injection mould manufacturers in that it has a modern machine park, enabling the manufacture of moulds of various geometry, large dimensions (up to 1500mm x 2000mm) and large weight (up to 18 tons). The company’s monthly production capacity is approx. 20 moulds. After manufacture, the tools are tested at the company’s own testing station. The quality control department is equipped with modern measuring instruments ensuring compliance with the most stringent standards, as confirmed by the ISO 9001:2008 certificate held by the company. The products are characterised by superior workmanship. With highly-qualified staff and modern machine park the company is able to design and manufacture tools for key sectors of industry. Each mould/die is provided with a service manual and full warranty and post-warranty maintenance service. FORMET S.A. manufactures tools for companies from across Poland. It also exports its products to many countries around the world, including Germany, Belgium, Denmark, Russia, Sweden, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, England, Ireland, Portugal, Spain, Norway and Estonia. FORMET S.A. cooperates with major global corporations across different industries, including manufacturers of car accessories, household equipment, audio and video equipment and power tools, as well as with a number of major injection moulding plants. The company’s activities also include maintenance services (related to repair of injection moulds), repair of damaged elements of dies, cutting dies and other devices. It also provides quenching, milling, drilling and grinding services, as well as cooperates with manufacturers of tools for the plastic processing industry. FORMET S.A. also offers comprehensive metalwork services, including polishing moulding surfaces.
