The company's main business is publishing. Since 1987, the company has published an entertainment crime thriller "Detective" magazine and "Detective - Special Edition", which have a strong market position and a number of regular readers. The monthly is also sold in the U.S. and Canada. In addition, readers of "Detective" can find much information about the magazine in the company's portal e-detektyw.pl.  E-detective is not the only Internet project implemented by the entity. PWR S.A. also runs the portal plus50.pl, which is an information, entertainment and social networking portal addressed to users over fifty years of age. The above-mentioned portal features press releases dedicated to health, psychology, beauty, but also practical legal and economic information. Another portal owned by the company zamiastem.pl encourages to relax in interesting places, shows how to cultivate gardens and provides advice on natural methods of health care. The company also sells books, among others, through its own on-line store (www.107aleja.pl).  In view of the increasing role of electronic media, one of the priorities of PWR S.A. is to use the opportunities offered by the Internet. Therefore, the company plans to start selling books in the form of the so-called e-books. Currently, the company is implementing the Recovery Program adopted by the General Meeting of Shareholders, which aims at increasing the company's financial liquidity and improving its competitiveness in the publishing market.
