Description of activity

The subject of the company’s activity includes the construction and maintenance of roads, streets, squares and the production and sale of mineral and asphalt mixtures. The company owns three bituminous mix plants with the capacity of 50 tonnes/h and 30 tonnes/h. The company provides its services mainly for city/town and municipality offices, district road administration boards, and to a lesser extent for private investors. The company is active on the business-to-business services market. Among its partners are Lotos Asfalt Gdańsk, Kopalnia Wapienia "Czatkowice" Sp. z o.o., Zakład Produkcji Kruszyw Dolomitowych “Boloil” (Dolomite Aggregate Production Plant “Boloil”) in Bukowno, Lotos Paliwa – Gdańsk, PCC- Rail Szczakowa and Kopalnia Porfiru i Diabazu (Porphyry and Diabase Mine) in Krzeszowice, with which the company has concluded long-term production material supply contracts. The sales revenues come exclusively from the domestic market. The company is implementing a production control system (so-called ZKP) to further reinforce its strong position on the market. The company takes part in tendering procedures for granting construction projects, competing with other entities on the regional market and sporadically on the provincial market.
