Description of activity

Services provided by Biazet S.A. include assembly and logistics of household appliances (particularly drip filter coffee makers, low-pressure coffee machines and vacuum cleaners) in cooperation with Philips DAP, lighting equipment for home-use (LED lamps) in cooperation with Philips Lighting, and assembly of components used in home electric installations (i.e. cables with connectors for lighting equipment and electric switches) in cooperation with Eaton Electric Ltd. The Company activities also include letting of own property (office space, space for production, commerce and warehousing). Currently, up to 98% of the space currently not used by Biazet S.A. for carrying out its activities is let to other entities. Commercial activities are carried out with equipment provided by the company’s clients, including two major global companies: Philips (CLS and Lighting divisions) and Eaton. Both companies are well established and have a global reach. In terms of property letting, at least four other buildings offering similar premises (office, production, commerce and warehousing space) are located within the company’s immediate vicinity. Within the Białystok Commune, two large business entities offering competitive services are headquartered (BIANOR Sp. z o.o. and ROSTI POLSKA Sp. z o.o.). These entities are also suppliers of BIAZET S.A. and the Company still holds a leading position in this group. As regards the outlook for the market in which the Company runs its operations, it has to be pointed out that the market is to a large extent dependant on clients.
