The core activities of Biuro Projektów Budownictwa Komunalnego w Łodzi Sp. z o.o. include design services and letting of own property (office space).
With respect to design services, the Company’s services include developing design projects, providing analyses, evaluations and consultations in hydro and sanitary engineering, power engineering, communication (traffic engineering, traffic signalling) and road building.
The main group of the Company’s clients include businesses operating in Łódzkie Province. Biuro Projektów Budownictwa Komunalnego provides its services mainly to entities financed under state and local budgets (contracts awarded through tenders) and indirectly to large construction companies (outside tender procedures). This structure of the Company’s clients results from the company concentrating its activities on the field of municipal construction.
The Company’s development prospects are largely linked to the level of investments by local government authorities in various infrastructure projects, often co-financed to a large extent from EU funds.
