UNICON Sp. z o.o. specializes in the production of car antennas, high-frequency coaxial connectors and connectors for electroacoustic devices. The company enjoys a monopoly position as a manufacturer of antennas. The value of sales of antennas and connectors accounts for 70-80% of total sales, with 70% of sales on the domestic and 30% on the foreign market. Major purchasers of antennas include carmakers – GM-UZ and LDV (exports), and manufacturers of internet antennas and monitoring accessories (sales on the domestic market). With respect to connectors, main clients include manufacturers of products for use in telecommunications, wireless internet and cable television. Retail sales of antennas and connectors account for 10-15% of total sales, whereas the majority of produce is sold on the wholesale market. UNICON Sp. z o.o. also provides services in scope of forming and die cutting, machining on automatic lathes, galvanic treatment and processing of plastic materials. The company intends to develop its operations and gain new experience in scope of the currently provided services and with the use of the existing machinery. Within its means and capabilities, UNICON Sp. z o.o. intends to improve the manufacturing technology through the purchase of new machines and devices, as well as through implementation of ISO standards.
