Morska Obsługa Radiowa Statków MORS Sp. z o.o. operates on the land and marine product market in the scope of automatic control engineering and marine electronics, alone and as a member of Remontowa Group.
The Company aims at becoming a leading provider of services relating to communication and safety systems and devices, as well as a leading manufacturer of switchgears and console desks. MORS Sp. z o.o. has been successively developing the scope of its operations and increasing the quality of its products. The company’s offer primarily consists of comprehensive “turnkey” products, including design, manufacturing, assembly, start-up and maintenance. The company renders its services worldwide, installing and starting up a wide range of radio navigation devices on all new watercrafts constructed in Remontowa S.A and Północna S.A. shipyards, also during the sea trial phase.
The company has implemented a quality control system compliant with the requirements of ISO 9001:2000 and obtained a certificate (No. NC-1413) issued by the Polish Register of Shipping.

On 9 January 2012 Ministry of Treasury and Gdańska Stocznia „Remontowa” im. J. Piłsudskiego S.A. seated in Gdańsk signed an agreement regarding the sale of 4 985 shares constituting 42.02% of the initial capital for a total price of PLN 3 771 700.859 (PLN 756.61 per one share).
