Description of activity

The Company specializes in the management of road and bridge construction contracts as well as provides investor's project supervision. Moreover, it offers construction expertise. PBTK TRAKT operates mainly in the regional market of Western Pomerania. The Company holds 54% of shares in an office building (usable area of more than 1700 m2) situated in Szczecin and offers its business premises for rent. The recipients of services provided by the Company include primarily direct investors, such as General Directorate for National Roads and Highways (Generalna Dyrekcja Dróg Krajowych i Autostrad) and companies performing large communication constructions, for which the Company provides its services as a subcontractor. The development strategy of the Company provides for introduction of new services in the form of supervision of hydrotechnical, construction and facility investments. PBTK TRAKT ultimately aims to achieve the leadership position in the management and operation of large construction projects throughout the West Pomerania region.
