Description of activity

The Company conducts its activity in the field of leasing its own property, i.e. office spaces, commercial premises and detached houses (villas). It also provides hotel services at its own facilities, mostly in the area of Warsaw. The Company self-sufficiently manages and administers its properties, and has its own construction and maintenance services. In addition, the Company provides such services as rental of conference rooms, advertising spaces, garages, parking places, and other services associated with the operation of its properties.
The Company owns 107 properties located in the area of Warsaw and some properties located in Łasze near Serock, where it runs a recreational and training centre. The total area of built-up and non-built-up land managed by the Company amounts to more than 200 thousand square metres, and the total area of rental space amounts to 131 thousand square metres. Among its assets the Company has attractive investment land properties. Its rental services are addressed mainly to entrepreneurs and diplomatic missions.
The Company also runs three hotel centres, i.e. Hotel Apartments “Zgoda” located in the very centre of Warsaw, Hotel “Dipservice” in Wilanów and Recreational and Training Centre “Lipowy Przylądek” in Łasze near Serock. Their activity includes providing accommodation, organizing training and recreational events, typical for their location and character.
The Company is the sole owner of Kaskada Sp. z o.o., a company managing the A-class “Kaskada” office building in Warsaw, with the total area of more than 23 thousand square metres.
The most important assumption of the Company’s development strategy is the restructuring of its assets, aimed to replace its residential properties with new office and hotel facilities. For this purpose, the self-sufficient execution of new projects has been started, involving the construction of an office building in the very centre of Warsaw, and the modern hotel and conference centre in Wilanów. In the next few years, three more projects are planned to start, involving the construction of office buildings in the area of dynamically developing business centre in Mokotów. In order to execute the above projects and possibly to develop other land properties in the area of Warsaw the Company is looking for business partners.
