The Company operates in the field of project design and estimate activities associated with the construction or expansion of industrial facilities with the use of state-of-the-art engineering and technological solutions. The Company’s also deals with the complex development of project documentation for banks and other general construction objects. The Company’s development strategy aims at increasing the volume of sales of services through effective cooperation with other potential contractors or by joining a large capital group dealing with the execution of construction projects, thus improving the chances of success when bidding for large investment projects requiring extensive human and engineering resources. Another strategic objective of the Company is to extend and regularly update its software base in order to assure an adequate level of project services. Furthermore, the Company will strive to maintain its activities on the general, industrial, residential and public utility construction markets by cooperating with more business partners. The market on which the Company operates is dependable on the general trends in the economy and, in particular, in the construction sector, which has, to a large extent, favoured its rapid development in the recent years. The scope of services offered by architectural offices on the domestic market varies widely. However, only a few of them deal with complex multi-disciplinary services. There is no leader in the sector, there is strong regionalisation and geographical dispersion of the entities.
