Description of activity

The activities of Transbud Gdańsk are focused on three basic areas: international road transport, lease and rental of commercial and office spaces, and repair workshop and regional diagnostic station services. The main customers of the Company include: foreign and domestic forwarders, business administrators, wholesalers and retailers; mostly from the agricultural and food-processing industry as well as automotive industry.
The Company achieves its best results from the lease and rental activities – the spaces at one of its storage and parking facility called “Baza Orunia” are practically fully rented. In addition, the Company earns income from the Goods Exchange - where the rental of storage places and umbrella roofs is estimated at approx. 90% and trading yards at approx. 60%.
