Description of activity

The Company deals with providing hotel services and renting spaces for business activity. The Company's portfolio consists of two hotels: three star "Zajazd Polski" and one star "Kujawy". The location of these hotels is excellent - in the city centre. Their offer is addressed to both: individual and corporate customers. The Company's main strategic objective is to achieve profits that will aloww its development and increase in value as to improve the standard and quality of the services rendered and widen their range. The above-mentionned objective applies to hotel services, space renting, car-park services, food serving services and organization of trainings and conference events. The way of achieving this objective is to adjust the offer of both hotels to the customer needs and to systematically modernize the facilities.
