ADEXTRA S.A. seated in Piaseczno - company contributed to ARP S.A.

Description of activity

The Company’s business is the rental of storage, office, production facilities as well as storage yards and car parks in the Warsaw and its suburbs. Adextra provides its services to ca. 40 companies conducting various businesses such as: transport, commercial, manufacturing (packages), printing etc. These are both Polish and foreign companies.
The main objective of the Company is to strengthen its current position on the real property rental market through offering its customers attractive prices together with high quality services. The Company is in the process of making continual improvement of its storage and office facilities to address the continually increasing customer demands and perpetual changes in law as well as in consideration of measurable profits e.g. in terms of lower consumption of heat. The above measures are expected to stabilise the financial condition of the Company and increase its profitability. High revenues in 2007 were caused by the fact that the Company sold a part of its field located on Kineskopowa Street in Piaseczno. The Company is not planning to build new storage houses.
Today the storage space market in Warsaw can be divided into two zones – one zone situated within Warsaw’s administrative boundaries (the so called Inner City) and the other one situated within 12 do 50 km from the city centre (the so called Suburbs). Parks in the “Suburbs” are mostly located in districts situated south and west of Warsaw. All of the storehouses are located in the “Suburbs” zone within 17 km from the centre of Warsaw. Major competitors are companies owning storehouses in Piaseczno or in the neighbourhood, disposing of new storehouses built in compliance with new trends and client’s needs.
