Sklejka-Pisz is a leader on the Polish plywood market, accounting for one fourth of the plywood production in Poland.The company produces plywood in a variety of forms: from classic plywood boards, through film-coated plywood, ornamental plywood and special plywood for laser-cutting, plywood strips and blockboards. The company also manufactures complicated plywood shapes worked to the highest standards on state-of-the-art CNC working centres. Moreover, it is one of few in the world and the only Polish producer of the two specialist products (ELKONÂŽ electrical insulation laminate and LIGNOFOL laminate), featuring high mechanical and strength properties. The company also specializes in the production of high quality birch and pine plywood as well as OVERLAY plywood. Its products are made of domestic and exotic timber. The company’s yearly production capacity is 60 000 m3. The company sells abroad about 70% of its products. Sklejka-Pisz still invests in the development of its core activity, i.e. the production of flat plywood and its further processing, which brings 85% of company’s revenues. The aim is to improve the quality of products, reduce unit costs and maintain the stock of production equipment on a high technical level. The company’s strategy assumes strengthening its position as a reliable European manufacturer of wide range plywood products and ensuring good, safe working conditions.
