Department of Investor Relations conducts ongoing dialogue with national and foreign capital investors and promotes Polish financial markets in the world and the Minister’s privatisation initiatives in Poland, by:

  1. roadshows of the Ministry’s top officials in foreign financial centres;
  2. organisation of visits of foreign capital investors to Poland;
  3. meetings with Polish stock investors (institutional and retail);
  4. promotional activities related to the privatisation offer addressed to potential investors in Poland and abroad;
  5. activities related to global promotion of Polish capital markets;
  6. coordination of activities associated with the promotion of privatisation processes;
  7. conducting economic education projects and social campaigns for the promotion of privatisation and private property;
  8. coordination of information and promotional activities addressed to potential investors;
  9. elaboration of information materials concerning international contacts of the Ministry for central government authorities, domestic and international institutions;
  10. organisation of meetings at the Ministry with foreign delegations and cooperation with other ministries in preparations for multilateral meetings as well as preparation of Senior Executives and employees of the Ministry for foreign visits, both within their organisational, protocolar and substantive scope, except for logistic servicing of such visits.

The Department provides on a current basis the latest information on conducted privatisation processes.

The Department is responsible for contacts with consulting companies cooperating with the Ministry.

The Department carries out activities supporting the Department of Capital Markets during implementation of transactions on the Warsaw Stock Exchange (GPW).

The Department, in cooperation with other organisational units, drafts informational and promotional materials pertaining to privatisation processes.

The Department edits the “For Investors” column on the Ministry’s website.

The Department maintains a database of investor data and consulting companies data.
