The Minister of Treasury informs

Written replies to the public invitation for negotiations to purchase the 85% shares of the company named “KLOSTER” Sp. z o.o. with the registered office in Olsztyn by potential investors the deadline from the 7th December 2009 has been extended to the 18th December 2009 to 2.00 PM, Warsaw time.

In parallel, I would like to inform you that the remaining conditions included in the invitation to the negotiations in the frame of purchase of the company shares have not been changed.
