The Minister of Treasury advises that in connection with the Invitation to a public auction to sell the shares of the company Gliwicka Agencja Turystyczna S.A. with registered office in Gliwice the following auction terms have been changed

 

1.      The bid security must be paid by 12 January 2010 (change from 22 December 2009 to 12 January 2010).
 
2.      The “Company Memorandum” must be collected (against a fee) by 12 January 2010 (change from 22 December 2009 to 12 January 2010).
 
3.      The auction applications must be submitted by 12 January 2010 (change from 22 December 2009 to 12 January 2010).
 
4.      The publicly announced auction will be held at 18 January 2010 (change from 28 December 2009 to 18 January 2010).

The remaining auction terms remain unchanged.
