The Minister of Treasury extends an invitation to participate in an auction concerning the purchase of shares of the Company Przedsiębiorstwo Budownictwa Wodnego w Tczewie sp. z o.o. with registered office in Tczew

The Minister of Treasury, ul. Krucza 36/Wspólna 6, post code: 00-522 Warszawa, acting on behalf of the Treasury, pursuant to Article 31(a), in conjunction with Article 33(1)(5) of the Commercialisation and Privatisation Act of 30 August 1996 (Journal of Laws of 2002 No. 171 item 1397, as amended), hereinafter referred to as the “Act”, and the Resolution of the Council of Ministers of 17 February 2009 on the Detailed Procedure of Disposal of Treasury-owned Shares (Journal of Laws No. 34 item 264) extends to all interested parties an invitation to an auction for the purchase of:

24,650 shares for one buyer, of a nominal value of PLN 500.00 each, constituting 85 % of the share capital of the company Przedsiębiorstwo Budownictwa Wodnego w Tczewie sp. z o.o. with registered office in Tczew, ul. Nad Wisłą 7, 83-110 Tczew, hereinafter referred to as the “Company”.

The starting price for the stake of 24,650 shares is PLN 1,676,200.00 (say: one million six hundred and seventy-six thousand two hundred). The starting price for one share is PLN 68.00 (say: sixty-eight).
The minimum bidding increment for the entire stake of 24,650 shares is PLN20,000.00 (say: twenty thousand).
In case no further bids are placed by the bidders, subsequent calls of the highest bid shall be made every three minutes.
The highest bidder shall be obliged to buy the shares that are not acquired by eligible employees in the process of acquisition of shares on a free-of-charge basis stipulated in the Act, pursuant to terms and conditions set forth in the Share Purchase Agreement enclosed to the invitation.
