Due diligence of the Company between 19 May 2010 and 2 June 2010


The Minister of Treasury hereby advises,

that in connection with the Invitation to an oral public auction concerning the sale of shares held by the Treasury in the company Biuro Projektów Budownictwa Komunalnego sp. z o.o. with registered office in Białystok, published on 26 April 2010, Potential Investors shall be allowed to conduct due diligence of the Company between 19 May 2010 and 2 June 2010 at the Company’s headquarters. For this purpose, Potential Investors should file a relevant request by 17 May 2010 at the Ministry of Treasury, 00 522 Warszawa, ul. Krucza 36/Wspólna 6, Secretarial Office of the Department of Privatisation Projects, room 739, fax: (22) 695 88 18, along with a certificate from a bank or a savings and credit union where the entity holds an account, issued not sooner than 30 March 2010, confirming that the entity has funds in an amount equal to the bid security or has sufficient credit worthiness.

Detailed information on the scope and procedures of the due diligence may be obtained at the headquarters of the Seller, room 729, between 9 AM and 4 PM from the day following the date of publication of this announcement to 2 June 2010.
