Next stage of the privatisation of the First Chemical Group
On 3 February 2010, Nafta Polska S.A. in liquidation, in the ongoing privatisation process of companies from the First Chemical Group, decided to grant PCC SE the right to participate in exclusive negotiations in the privatisation process of ZAK S.A. and Zakłady Azotowe w Tarnowie-Mościcach S.A. Exclusive rights were granted until 22 March 2010.
Nafta Polska informed also that the privatisation process of Ciech S.A., in which three investors participate, is to be continued. The completion of this process is subject to achieving an agreement between Ciech S.A. and banks on adopting a new mid-term financing structure of the Ciech Group. These plans are in conformity with the interest and expectations of the potential investors.
