Consulting Consortium in PZU’s IPO transaction

The Ministry of Treasury advises that the consultants who will provide consultation services in PZU’s IPO transaction have been appointed. The Consulting Consortium members were selected in accordance with the Settlement and Divestment Agreement.

Credit Suisse and Morgan Stanley (selected by the Ministry of Treasury) will be the Global Coordinator. They will also act as the Bookrunner in PZU’s international IPO. Moreover, Deutsche Bank and Goldman Sachs, selected as Bookrunners by Eureko B.V., will also participate in the international offer. The Bookrunners in PZU’s national IPO will be selected at the beginning of 2010.

Shareholders intend that PZU’s IPO take place in the middle of 2010. PZU’s IPO will be one of the most significant transactions in the history of the Polish capital market, and one of the largest IPOs in Europe and in the world in 2010.
