Grupa PHN S.A. established

The Ministry of Treasury presented Grupa PHN S.A. to the market. The company was formed as a result of consolidation of real estate companies with Treasury’s shareholding. Grupa PHN S.A. will debut on the Warsaw Stock Exchange.

Grupa PHN S.A. comprises INTRACO S.A., Polski Holding Nieruchomości S.A. and BUDEXPO Sp. z o.o. Polski Holding Nieruchomości S.A. is composed of consolidated companies of Dipservice w Warszawie S.A., Towarzystwo Obrotu Nieruchomościami "Agro" S.A., Argo Sp. z o.o., Składnica Księgarska Sp. z o.o., Kaskada Sp. z o.o. and COBO Sp. z o.o. The Treasury is the main shareholder of the company. The Ministry adopted a privatization path for Grupa PHN S.A., which allows for the Company's debut on the Warsaw Stock Exchange within the next few months.

"Grupa PHN S.A. is a unique entity on the Polish market - the idea behind founding the Group was the real estate sector consolidation, just as it was the case in the power sector. The Ministry of Treasury aims to create the largest company in the real estate management sector and ultimately to make a public debut of Grupa PHN S.A. on the Warsaw Stock Exchange"- said Krzysztof Walenczak, Undersecretary of State in the Ministry of Treasury.

The market value of all properties of Grupa PHN S.A. amounts to almost PLN 2.6 billion. The assets consist of approximately 180 properties, including undeveloped land of more than 1300 ha. Its primary scope of business will be to act as a holder for the real estate companies, namely Polski Holding Nieruchomości S.A., INTRACO S.A. and BUDEXPO Sp. z o.o. During the transitional period, the Group will manage its own property and conduct development projects in cooperation with experienced business partners. Ultimately, it will independently and solely manage its own property in office, trade and logistics segments.

The holding's mission is to provide integrated products and services in areas such as real estate management and administration, office space rental, real estate development.

Currently, the most advanced development projects of Grupa PHN S.A. include two office projects located in the centre of Warsaw: PHN TOWER at 36 Świętokrzyska St., office buildings at Foksal St. and Wilanowska Av. and a construction project of Logistics Centre in Wroclaw, with the participation of a strong industrial partner.
