Białostockie Przedsiębiorstwo Robót Zmechanizowanych i Maszyn Budowlanych Sp. z o.o. (BPRZiMB Sp. z o.o.) is a service and manufacturing company. It operates in the broadly defined market of construction-related services and products forming the base of the construction industry. The core activity of the Company is hire of construction equipment along with operator services (e.g. tower cranes, auto cranes, earthwork machines), as well as major repairs, damage repairs, as well as service and maintenance of lifting devices (especially tower cranes, cranes, and other vertical handling devices). The Company also provides services in scope of overhaul and repair of construction machines (own and external) and precasting and installation of steel structures. The Company also manufactures wire rope slings and provides equipment services for individual customers, as well as welding and locksmithing services. The main customers of the Company are entities operating in the local construction market, engaged in the manufacture of residential and industrial buildings, and in the road works sector (construction of roads). Terms and condition of cooperation with individual entities are defined on an individual basis for each project and customer. Most customers of the Company are its long-term partners. The Company’s main suppliers are companies providing fuels, steel, spare parts for overhauls and repairs, steel ropes and supplementary materials for the manufacture of wire rope slings. The main competitors of BPRZiMB Sp. z o.o. in the sector of equipment services are small privately-held companies conducting a similar type of activity. In the sector of steel structures, the Company’s competition are large plants specializing in manufacture of steel structures, having own design studios and extensive technical facilities, and operating both on domestic and European market, as well as newly created small private companies. The Company operates in the local market on the territory of the Podlaskie Province. In the sector of manufacture of steel structures, the Company tries to fill the market gap with respect to such services and reach small, local investors. The Company is in the field of interest of construction companies as a potential subcontractor for this type of services for the investments implemented by such companies. The strategic goal of the Company is to retain the status of a leader in the sector of tower cranes, and to enter the market of construction works and road works under its own brand. The Company also plans to further develop its service and trade activity directed at individual customers.
