Written replies to the public invitation for negotiations to purchase the 85% shares of the company named Koneckie Zakłady Odlewnicze S.A. with the registered office in Końskie by potential investors the deadline from the 5 th March 2010 has been extended to the 19 th March 2010 to 2.00 PM, Warsaw time.

As a consequence of the abovementioned, the time limit in which the interested entities can obtain Information Memorandum, has been prolonged until 18 th March 2010.

In parallel, I would like to inform you that the remaining conditions included in the invitation to the negotiations in the frame of purchase of the company shares have not been changed.
